Why I created this workbook:

When I first began learning about PDA, I found myself moving between clinical information, social media posts, research papers and other parents' experiences — trying to piece together what any of it actually meant for my child.

I wanted to create something that brought those pieces together.

Not a manual for “managing” a PDA child, and definitely not a list of magic strategies that promise to work for every family.

Instead, this workbook is an invitation to slow down, look beneath behaviour and begin understanding your child through a different lens.

I've combined research, psychological concepts, specialist guidance, practical tools and my own lived experience as a parent — while being clear about areas where the evidence is still developing.

Most importantly, I've created the resource I wish I'd had when we started this journey.

With love,
Becky x
